This house gets five stars! We rented it for two weeks in June 2021 and we found the house to be exactly as pictured in the listing photos. It was spacious, comfortably furnished and had hardwood floors throughout. All of the amenities were excellent: screened porch, deck, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and Weber grill. We like to cook so we were pleased to find that the kitchen was outfitted with all the utensils we needed. During our stay we did run into an issue with the smart tv on the second floor. The Sandcastle staff contacted the owners and within minutes we heard back from owner Andrea who tried to troubleshoot the problem with us over the phone. But when that did not work, she immediately dispatched her caretaker James who arrived and solved the problem in minutes. The bottom line here is that the owners were incredibly responsive. We would absolutely rent this house again.John R.
