Sandcastle Realty is proud to offer one of our professionally managed vacation homes located in Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard Island, located just 7 miles off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The island has a rich history and cultural heritage. This vacation home rental is in close proximity to many of the island's attractions - scenic beaches, fine restaurants, shops and art galleries, theaters, musical venues, hiking & biking trails, golf courses with water views, fishing, kayaking, sailing...and on and on it goes!
Ideal location. Located on Meeting House Way, a paved road, near South Beach and Edgartown Village. Walk, bike or take Bus route #8 to South Beach and then onto Edgartown Village. A Stop & Shop and Morning Glory farm are nearby. Sleeps 7 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms ( all beds new as of 2003,2004). A downstairs bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, a new tiled bath with a whirlpool, a living room with a cathedral ceiling and skylight windows, a dining room that merges with a fully equipped kitchen, including a quiet Miele dishwasher and upper end microwave. The kitchen opens through a sliding glass door to a screened porch and the dining room, also with a sliding glass door, leads to a deck furnished with a Weber Silver B gas grill. Laundry includes a Bosch washer and dryer. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king size bed and the 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed which exceeds Federal safety standards and a twin bed. The bathroom has a tub and shower. The grounds are professionally landscaped. A beautiful white picket fence leads to a backyard with an established lawn and underground sprinkler system. A bluestone walkway leads to the outside shower. Planting beds surround the house. In the front Nikko Blue Hydrangea are framed by Nellie R. Stevens Hollies.
