Sandcastle Realty is proud to offer one of our professionally managed vacation homes located in West Tisbury on Martha's Vineyard Island, located just 7 miles off the coast of Cape Cod, Massachusetts. The island has a rich history and cultural heritage. This vacation home rental is in close proximity to many of the island's attractions - scenic beaches, fine restaurants, shops and art galleries, theaters, musical venues, hiking & biking trails, golf courses with water views, fishing, kayaking, sailing...and on and on it goes!
A spectacular home, that includes an attached guest wing (perfect for aupaires & guests), offering only the highest level of craftsmanship and materials. The spacious living area of the home, including a lovely screened porch/sunroom, look out over the pool,jacuzzi and picnic table that are surrounded by a stone patio, and wonderful private grounds and gardens. There is a "fire pit" surrounded by stone seats that is perfect for roasting marshmallows and sing-a-longs. A large flat area of yard is perfect for those summer whiffle ball games and there are 12 wooded acres to explore. The furnishings (mostly Ethan Allen), bedding and electronics were all purchased in early 2004. The entire house is wired (inside and out)with a Bose Stereo System. Radiant heat is available to take off the chill if need be. NOTE: POOL AND JACUZZI ARE NOT FENCED IN. NOTE: Smoking and pets are not allowed in this home. Thank you for your consideration.
