A Land Bank trail from the house provides approximately a 1/4-mile walk to the nearby Land Bank beach.

Optional Cabin (additional $1,200 upon request):
The separate cabin includes a bedroom with a double bed, living room, kitchenette, half bath, outdoor shower, two rollaway beds, and a front deck. The master bedroom in the main house also features a wheelchair-accessible shower.
