This charming Vineyard house at the end of a mile long dirt road with waterviews with a private beach a few steps from the door has among the best views on the Island. Ideal Vineyard atmosphere with an up-Island feel and down-Island convenience. Spectacular views of Tashmoo Inlet and Vineyard Sound from master bedroom, sun deck and a large screened porch (amply supplied with sink-into wicker and dining tables). There is a large field stone fireplace in the high ceiling living room that also features an extensive library. It is furnished tastefully and comfortably for easy summer living. The eat-in French country kitchen features a trestle table that seats eight. Heating system supplies heat to Living Room and Kitchen with space heaters available for the bedrooms. Access to the Vineyard Sound beach is about 7 minutes down the road! You will enjoy this house when you wake up in the morning and look at the sun rising across Tashmoo, when you sit on the beach or bluff during the day and observe the sailboats and fishermen passing towards the Sound, and in the evening admiring the sunset from the deck and having dinner on the porch. It doesn't come any better!
