Description

Charming Vineyard house at the end of a mile long dirt road with water views and a private beach just a few steps from the door. Has among the best views on the island. Ideal Vineyard atmosphere with an up-Island feel and down-Island convenience. Spectacular views of Tashmoo Inlet and Vineyard Sound from primary bedroom, sun deck and a large screened porch. There is a large fieldstone fireplace in the high-ceiling living room that also features an extensive library. It is furnished tastefully and comfortably for easy summer living. The eat-in French country kitchen features a trestle table that seats eight. Heating system supplies heat to living room and kitchen with space heaters available for the bedrooms. Access to the Vineyard Sound beach is about 7 minutes down the road. When you wake up in the morning you can look at the sun rising across Tashmoo. Sit on the beach or bluff during the day and enjoy the view of the sailboats and fishermen passing towards the Sound. In the evening admire the sunset from the deck and have dinner on the porch. It doesn't get any better!
