A new kitchen will also be completed for summer 2026 with all new appliances. Home will also be upgraded with new windows, siding for 2026! Photos to come this spring upon completion.

Close to Morning Glory Farm, with a short bike ride to Edgartown Village and South Beach! Very close to the bike path yet on a quiet side street in a nice neighborhood. The first floor has a lovely kitchen that opens to the dining area. There is a living a room with TV, which opens to the outside deck. There is also a full bathroom with shower on the first floor. The second floor has two large bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The new 4th bedroom primary suite will be on the second floor. The third floor is nice - a bedroom on one side and TV area / sitting room on the other side. The stairs to the third floor are steep. Home comes equipped with many extras - 3 Smart TV’s, indoor and outdoor games, beach chairs, umbrellas, tennis rackets for use at the neighborhood tennis court, 5 bikes available. Grill out and relax on the deck with family and friends after a beautiful day at the beach.

Central air conditioning on the first floor. Mini split units in all bedrooms. Very comfortable and quiet!

Overall

My family and I have been coming to the Vineyard for the past 8 summers. For the first few years we rented a home in Vineyard Haven that we loved but after COVID the owners decided to no longer rent it out. We were devasted and for the past few summers have been jumping around trying to find the perfect spot. I am so pleased to share that this year we finally found it! Nestled in the sweet woods just a half mile from our favorite farm stand, we found our MV home. The open and breathable living space, the comfy beds and the access to bikes were just a few of the tresures that this home offered us. The energy felt inviting and we could not be more happy with our 2 week stay, we even decided to book again for the summer of 2026 before we even left the island. Overall

My family had a wonderful stay in this home. It was very clean and comfortable with many extras. The home is located in a wonderful, quiet, and quite private neighborhood. The proximity to the beach and downtown Edgartown is super, no traffic.
