This house has everything we need/want, and then some. Great proximity to everything we want when we come to The Vineyard: beaches, shopping and some of the best fishing on the island. At the end of the day, or a great start to the day is the very private, fully-fenced in yard with plenty of comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table and a perfect firepit table. Just the place to unwind.The bedrooms are comfortable and the A/C keeps everything cool.We cannot wait to come back every year.

I love this charming and comfy cottage for its great location, privacy, lovely interiors, Vineyard style and outdoor dining area. The property is completely fenced and self contained for outdoor entertaining. The house is cozy, snug, well appointed with beautiful art and fabrics, and it offers just the perfect spot for an in town visit. I can’t wait to come back!
