A few more minutes and you’ll reach the Caroline Tuthill Wildlife Preserve with plenty of walking trails and water access perfect for young children to swim or go clamming. State Beach is just on the other side of the Pond and the paved bike path to Edgartown (2.5 miles) , Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven is just at the end of the street. This air conditioned home offers an open floor plan so the whole family can be together in the living, dining and kitchen areas; and there’s a TV room just off the main living area that can be closed off with stylish barn doors or left open for you to watch the little ones.
