There are two full and one half bathrooms with all marble countertops/finishes, a clothes washer/dryer and stocked with Molton Brown toiletries. Completing the main house are two decks -- one deck off the kitchen/dining room overlooking the pool and has a grill and dining table, and a furnished second deck off the living room overlooking the conservation land.

A beautiful, private second master bedroom, also air conditioned with large marble bathroom, a second clothes washer/dryer and huge cedar walk-in closet, sits over the carriage house/3 car garage. The gunite salt water pool with hot tub, furnished stone patio with fire pit and ping pong table, and a bocce court are surrounded by meticulously landscaped grounds. Directly off the pool a brand new entertainment/grilling area with sink, fridge, wine fridge, pizza oven , etc. and SunBrite outdoor TV command attention.
