There are an abundance of walking trails nearby, and it's just a few minutes walk to the Katama General Store.

It has a new superbly-functioning central air conditioning system, and, otherwise, there are ceiling fans in each bedroom and window screens in place to enjoy the fresh island air.
The kitchen has top quality stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, and all the dishware/utensils/pots/pans you will need to cook and grill too from the back deck using the large Weber grill (with attached burner). The dining room features a large dining table, accommodating up to 6-8 people.
