The lower level is a great space with a bedroom, private bath, small living space and kitchenette.
The outdoor space is where you will be spending your time with the 15x30 heated pool. You can relax on the chaise lounges around the pool after a day at the beach or just spend the day relaxing at the house! The house also has two enclosed outside showers.
You can also enjoy Lambert's Cove Beach which is a wonderful addition to staying in this home. (Tenants purchase beach sticker).
There is also a path directly from the house to walking and biking trails.
Note: Owner/Caretaker occupies the guest house on the property.

We had been planning a trip to bring our family together on the Vineyard, since times like these become a little harder to put together each year as the kids get older, people have different priorities over the summer, or because we simply live in different states. Therefore, we needed a location that accommodate all of the needs a large party of 10 might have -- providing the right amount of space, close proximity to different activities, and offered amenities that everyone could enjoy. This property checked all of those boxes and then some!But more important than the comfort of the beautiful home, location, and the pool -- which was one of our favorite activities, our interactions with the hosts (Erin and Jason) were more than we could have hoped for, and far exceeded any expectations we could have had. They were extremely gracious and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, which increased the overall value of our trip. Not only would we love to come back, but we'd also highly recommend this home and these hosts to anyone who's planning a trip to the Vineyard. This trip was an absolute 10 out of 10.
