There is a loft sitting area with a flat panel TV (Streaming Only), a private yard and deck with patio furniture, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

Super location in private and quiet Edgartown Estates off of popular Herring Creek Road and the bike path centrally located in Katama 1 1/2 miles to South Beach or downtown Edgartown.

You must bring your own beach towels, bicycles, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Please inquire if you are in need of any of the above items and we can give you a referral to rental services to accommodate your needs.
