Located on the outskirts of downtown Edgartown is this well maintained four-bedroom Cape. The home is situated on a large lot with in-ground pool. 40' x 20' in-ground pool can now be enjoyed heated for an additional fee, extending your poolside fun well into the evening hours.
Upon entering the property, you have an open kitchen and dining area that flows to the expansive deck and pool area. The home is equipped with central air conditioning to keep you cool on the hot summer days.
There is warm living room with TV. On the main floor there is one queen bedroom and a hall bathroom with tub/shower.
Upstairs are three additional bedrooms. The spacious primary bedroom has an en-suite bath.
Please note the other bedrooms on the second floor would use the first-floor hall bath.
Close proximity to downtown Edgartown (Approximately 1.5 miles) and State Beach (Approximately 1.5 miles). Easy access to the bike path and walking trails.
Caretaker lives in a guest house next door if you need any assistance during your stay.
