Just renovated this spring, the air conditioned main house has a master bedroom with French double doors that open directly onto the pool area, two guest bedrooms, an open second floor kitchen, living, dining room area, and a loft office. There are two full and one half bathrooms with all marble countertops/finishes, a clothes washer/dryer and stocked with Molton Brown toiletries. Completing the main house are two decks -- one deck off the kitchen/dining room overlooking the pool and has a grill and dining table, and a furnished second deck off the living room overlooking the conservation land.

A beautiful, private second master bedroom, also air conditioned with large marble bathroom, a second clothes washer/dryer and huge cedar walk-in closet, sits over the carriage house/3 car garage. Bluetooth Sonos sound system provides music throughout entire house and pool/entertainment area -- even in the showers!

The gunite salt water pool with hot tub, furnished stone patio with fire pit and ping pong table, and a bocce court are surrounded by meticulously landscaped grounds. Directly off the pool a brand new entertainment/grilling area with sink, fridge, wine fridge, pizza oven , etc. and SunBrite outdoor TV command attention. Bikes, kayaks, paddles, life vests, beach chairs & beach towels, yeti cooler, etc. are all provided. A truly stunning property for a dream Vineyard vacation!
