This home boasts amazing views of the Lagoon and has direct access to the Lagoon. The main living area has a spacious living/TV space and large dining table that opens to a beautiful patio overlooking the Lagoon. The eat-in kitchen has everything you need and opens to the patio. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, private and wonderful waterviews. There is a great kid’s room with 2 twins and a beautiful built in bunk bed (twin size). The third bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also shared bath with a shower. The back patio is where you will want to be. There is an outside dining and lounge seating to take in the beautiful views. The stairs from the patio will take you down to the dock and beach where you can swim, kayak or paddle board on the Lagoon. This home everything you want for your next vacation!

Pet Fee - $250 per dog + $100 cleaning fee. $500 pet deposit.

Amazing house on the water!!

We stayed in this house for two weeks this summer-it was fantastic! Right on the water, we kayaked (kayaks provided by owner) or paddle boarded every morning in the quiet end of the lagoon. The house was airy and spacious; the AC made it comfortable on hot days/nights, and the numerous doors on the water side had screens so we could open them for a quiet, cool evening. The back porch overlooking the water was our favorite spot during day and night for morning coffee, afternoons with a book and family dinners with beautiful views. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped, with a gas grill on the porch. The house accepts dogs so we were able to bring the family pet, and there was a big backyard area for our dog. We will definitely return to this house!
